All sales are final. With that said, there are always exceptions. If you contact us at Service@GetFantasticDeals.com within 24 hours of your purchase, we may be able to cancel your order. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee depending on the circumstances. Some manufacturers have a certain time frame to return an item if you are not happy with it. These will usually be noted on the header for the group of products or in the description of the items themselves. You must contact us prior to the return for authorization and instructions or we will not accept it. The item must be re-packed in it's original carton and with the original packing materials. Any order may be cancelled at our discretion. If you have any questions, please contact us.
When will my order be shipped?
Normally your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your purchase, not including holidays or weekends. When your order is shipped, we will notify you by email and give you the tracking information for your order.
How will my order be shipped?
Small packages are usually delivered by United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use UPS Ground to calculate our shipping costs but to expedite shipping we may use other carriers at our discretion.
Larger items will be shipped by truck or common carrier. Common carrier shipments are curbside deliveries. Although we are not able to pre-arrange delivery on a specific day or at a specific time, we will notify the common carrier to contact you prior to delivery. Please make arrangements to assist with unloading at the time of delivery.
How much will Shipping and Handling cost?
We attempt to accurately estimate shipping and handling charges prior to the sale. Many variables, such as the changing price of fuel and packing materials, or the number of items purchased, can cause the estimate to be wrong. In the event we over-charge you by $5.00 or more, we will refund the over-charge back to you. If we under charge you, we will normally absorb the difference. If the under-charge is too great, we will refund your total purchase price, correct our website, then allow you to re-purchase the item if you so desire. Depending on the price of the item or the amount of the additional shipping charges, we may give you a discount for your inconvenience.
When do I pay for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges are quoted during the ordering process and ONLY cover shipment within the continental 48 states. Your order can only be shipped freight prepaid. Should the carrier request payment for a freight shipment in error, please contact us immediately at Service@GetFantasticDeals.com.
Shipping outside the continental US, or to Alasaka or Hawaii
At this time we only ship orders to a valid US street address in the continental United States (lower 48 states). Depending on the item and your location, we may make an exception. Please email us at Service@GetFantasticDeals.com for consideration.
What should I do when my order is delivered?
Inspect the order immediately. Do not sign for the merchandise until you inspect for damage. If a shipment arrives with apparent damage sign the freight bill "With Exception" and note which pieces are damaged. Accept the shipment, call the trucking company to report the damage, and email our customer service department at Service@GetFantasticDeals.com immediately for further assistance.
Open the cartons and completely inspect your order. If you find concealed damage:

- 1. Notify the trucking company or carrier immediately. (No more than six (6) hours after receipt of shipment).
- 2. Email our customer service department at Service@GetFantasticDeals.com to report the damage and for further assistance. We will assist you in settling your claim as expeditiously as possible.
- 3. If possible do not unpack or move the cartons.
- 4. Save all packing materials, cartons, etc. for inspection.
If the above procedures are followed, the damaged pieces will normally be replaced or repaired at no cost to you. We cannot be responsible for delivery damage if said damage is not reported to the trucking company and our office within six (6) hours of the delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: If you pick up your order from the Carrier's Terminal, you must inspect the order before leaving the terminal, noting any damage on the Freight Bill.
